Match the tent to your guest count

• 20×20 (400 sq ft): up to 48 seated guests at round tables, or about 65 standing
• 20×40 (800 sq ft): up to 96 seated, or about 130 standing
• 20×60 (1,200 sq ft): up to 100 seated with room to spare for food, gifts, and mingling

We own three 20×20 high-peak tents that link together into a 20×40 or a full 20×60 — so you can scale to the party without changing vendors.

Seated or open house?

A sit-down meal needs more square footage per guest than a drop-in open house. If everyone eats at once, plan generously. If guests come and go, you can host more people under the same tent.

Measure your yard first

A 20×20 tent needs a roughly 24×24 ft footprint with about 2 feet of clearance on every side, clear of low branches and overhead lines. High peak tents stake into the ground, so a level grass area is ideal.

When in doubt, size up

Shade, a sudden shower, or a few extra cousins — a little more covered space is rarely a regret. If your count lands in the 76–100 range, we'll show the 20×40 or 20×60 as an easy upgrade.
