How Far in Advance Should I Book Party Rentals?

The short version

  • Graduation season (April–June): book 3–12 months out
  • Summer weekends: 2–3 months out
  • Off-season or weekday events: a few weeks is often fine

We book up to twelve months in advance, and we'll happily hold a tentative date while you finalize details.

Why grad season is different

In Macomb County, hundreds of families host open houses across the same handful of June weekends. There are only so many tents, and ours go fast. If your graduate's date is set, reserving early is the single best thing you can do.

What if my plans aren't final?

You don't need every detail nailed down to reserve. Start with your date and a rough guest count — we can adjust the tent size, tables, and add-ons right up until close to your event. A quote request is the easiest way to check availability without committing.

Rule of thumb

If you'd be disappointed to lose the date, book it. Adjusting a reservation is easy; finding a tent two weeks before grad season is not.
